These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the PIXC Salon website, online booking services, WhatsApp communication, and salon services.

By accessing our website, booking appointments, or using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

 

2. Appointments

• Appointments are subject to availability.

• Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your appointment.

• Late arrivals may result in reduced service time or rescheduling.

• Appointments made via WhatsApp, phone, or website are confirmed only after confirmation from PIXC Salon.

 

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Appointments should be cancelled or rescheduled at least 2 hours before the scheduled time.

• Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may require advance payment for future bookings.

 

4. Pricing

• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

• Final pricing may vary depending on hair length, thickness, product usage, and service requirements.

• Applicable taxes will be charged as per government regulations.

 

5. Offers & Promotions

• Promotional offers are valid only during the specified period.

• Unless otherwise stated, only one offer may be redeemed per visit.

• Promotional offers cannot be combined with other discounts, memberships, or vouchers.

• Certain promotional packages may not qualify for additional discounts.

 

6. Memberships & Gift Vouchers

• Memberships and gift vouchers are non-transferable unless otherwise specified.

• Benefits remain valid only during the membership period.

• Expired memberships or vouchers cannot be extended or redeemed.

 

7. Refund Policy

• Salon services are generally non-refundable once completed.

• Refunds, where approved by management, will be processed using the original payment method.

• Retail products may be exchanged only if found defective and reported within the applicable period.

 

8. Service Results

Service outcomes may vary based on:

• Hair or skin condition

• Previous chemical treatments

• Home care routine

• Individual hair and skin characteristics

PIXC Salon does not guarantee identical results for every customer.

 

9. Health & Allergies

Customers are responsible for informing our staff of:

• Allergies

• Pregnancy

• Medical conditions

• Scalp or skin sensitivities

• Previous chemical treatments

Patch tests may be recommended where appropriate.

 

10. WhatsApp Communication

Customers communicating with PIXC Salon through WhatsApp agree to receive:

• Appointment confirmations

• Booking updates

• Customer support

• Membership information

• Promotional messages (where consent has been provided)

Customers may opt out of promotional messages at any time.

PIXC Salon is not responsible for delays or failures in message delivery caused by WhatsApp, Meta, internet connectivity, or telecommunications providers.

 

11. Customer Images

Photographs voluntarily shared by customers for consultation purposes will only be used to assess service requirements unless separate written permission is obtained for marketing or promotional use.

 

12. Personal Belongings

PIXC Salon is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings brought into the salon.

 

13. Payments

We accept payments through:

• Cash

• UPI

• Credit Cards

• Debit Cards

• Other approved digital payment methods

Full payment is required immediately upon completion of services.

 

14. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, images, graphics, logos, videos, and branding, is the exclusive property of PIXC Salon and may not be copied or reproduced without prior written permission.

 

15. Limitation of Liability

PIXC Salon shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid for the relevant service.

 

16. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
